We offer lipsticks, cosmetic bags, lipsticks; and an experience where we transport you to different places in the world. You will also look and feel gorgeous!

Why do you have different collections?

Each of our products tells a story and we want to transport you to different cities, moments and incredible events with makeup. We have collections inspired by New York, Australia, your wedding day, and more.

Are your products free of animal testing?

Yes, we are a cruelty-free brand and all our products have not been and will not be tested on animals.

Are your products free of parabens?

Yes, all our products are made without the use of parabens.

I want to place an order

How do I place an order?

First, you can see all our products in the Shop All tab. After choosing which lipstick collection you like, click Add to Cart or, if you want to make a faster payment, click Pay.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it is not necessary. However, if you create an account, you will be part of the LuSquad, which gives you discounts, access to pre-orders of new products, and the ability to make payments faster with saved shipping and order information.

Do you only sell online?

Yes, we only sell directly from our website lucosmetics.com or also in different bazaars.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer Visa, Amex, Mastercard, ApplePay, ShopPay... and Paypal.

We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Where do they ship?

We currently ship to all of Mexico and the USA.

When is my order shipped?

Approximately 2-4 days after placing your order. We will notify you every step of the way as soon as your order ships.

What happens after I place my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and order details.

After we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number and information about your order so you can follow it every step of the way.

After placing my order, can I change it?

No, once the order is placed you cannot change it.

How long do orders take to arrive?

a) Mexico = 1-3 days shipping in CDMX or 2-4 days in the rest of Mexico. We have paid or free options on orders over $700 MXN

b) USA = 3-5 days shipping

What carrier do you use?

Fedex, USPS and UPS.

Are there returns?

Can I return my order?

All sales are final. As they are cosmetic products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note that Lu Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns.

If you receive a defective, damaged or missing product, we will send you a replacement within 14 days of receiving the package. We will need photographs of the problem.
